Launching on July 7, 2009 “Feel the Heat,” the new single by recording artist Sonny Long, has already been dubbed as an instant classic and with Sonny’s seductive vocals the song will electrify our mood and heat up the summer.
Sonny Long is preparing to release his new single, “Feel the Heat,” on July 7, 2009, a date that will mark a huge milestone in the career of this new innovative artist. An original track produced by David Owen and written by Sonny himself, “Feel the Heat,” tests the limits by fusing multiple genres.
The theme of this new classic derives from his upcoming LP entitled, Atmospheric, coming out first quarter 2010. Sonny’s musical influences come from some of the greats such as James Brown, Fred Astaire, and Prince.
“My goal with my music is to bridge the generational gap by fusing different genres into one. Music was meant to bring people together from all races and backgrounds,” says Sonny. “My music should not be categorized, it is an expression of my soul. I’m just doing me.”
